Our small team is comprised of active-duty service members and their families. Individuals who have learned through the dynamic lifestyle of the military that a life not lived with intense and deliberate purpose can suddenly spiral and pass you by. That urgency paired with the lessons learned in a lifestyle rich with physical exertion and proximity to failure and limitation – lessons that transcend the physical and illuminate and expose the state of our mental, emotional, and spiritual standing – forms people who find themselves always in a process of growth, or not. People aware that the process is the only real state of existence, and that goals and success and failure and end states are not the point because that is not where we live. We live on a zig-zagged path that we are either gaining or losing ground on. Success is rarely a destination sought and reached; it is something more like a side effect discovered in a life being passionately lived.

We make training log journals and help people build their own plans - simple, straightforward utilities. Log your workouts, build your own plans, and connect with a community of forward leaning people.
From physical development purely for asthetics, skill and strength building for functionality, to building an understanding of mental and emotional states and what causes them to change - I have long been passionate about furthering my understanding of myself in order to optimize the quality of my life, and i believe that pursuit leads to an awareness everyone can utilize to lead more thoughtful and puposeful lives.- Mason H
Improvement
My concern is in becoming the best version of myself. Exercise is one tool utilized in that pursuit.
While my lifts, run times, and body composition are not the primary focus, they are representative of my overall health and state of mind.
My goal is to offer tools and insights to those who share my goal of sustained self-improvement.
